In regards to distribution, I live in Canada, so I expected the shipping timeframe to be 10-14 days. The product arrived in 10 days, which is great when including customs procedures. LOVE IT BUT HARD TO REMOVE ANY SUGGESTIONS?

I used Wunderbrow for less than 2 weeks. When I cleaned my face before bed one night, 90% of my eyebrows fell out leaving me looking virtually bald. I even did a patch test on my arm for 48 hrs. Apparently that wasn't long enough! I contacted the company asking for help and the manager I was put in touch with basically called me stupid, told me I used the product wrong (not sure how that is even possible) and that it couldn't possibly be their ingredients. She was condescending and very rude in her response. My eyebrows fell out around the end of August, it is now end of November and barely any has grown back. There is nothing in my life that could have been the reason for my eyebrows falling out other than WunderBrow. Buyer beware and very careful!!

I was under the impression that this product stays on for days however, it smudges and wipes off its very falsely advertised.

I dont want blk but i want a deeper dark brown...this aint hitting.. Sorry U just responded on 1/5/17 saying use 2 coats..i am a certified makeup artist and i have done that and it still isn't dark enough..dont forget its supose to look natural not caked on...the product just isnt a deep enough brown..sorry again
