I ordered my Wunderbrow product online after I saw an advertisement on Facebook. I received an email saying it was shipped Oct. 14th and I never even received it after 2 weeks of waiting. I called to find out what was going on and was told they couldn't find tracking info so they would re-order it again...well long story short...had to call back again and lady had to send me a confirmation email to prove to me that it was indeed re-ordered. As it stands now I still have not received anything...don't think I will be ordering again, or encouraging anyone else to. Should have listened to the reviews on Facebook. Just really wanted to try it.

I'm a Moorish American (black) woman who has used dark brown eye pencils to achieve my eyebrow look (nothing expensive, just an ordinary eyebrow pencil) for years until WunderBrow. After receiving the "black/brown " shade of eyebrow gel from WunderBrow on Nov. 19th, I immediately noticed its color is lighter than the pencils I've used (ONLY on the skin, not the hairs) ...its hard to see the lines I place just below/above my eyebrow hairs (on the skin) unless I make the lines thick, which isn't natural looking when I do. On lighter women, this shade of black/brown is easily seen because their skin is brighter, when this shade is applied to my skin it too light (but this shade applied to my "hairs" is perfect... (somehow in the near future I hope you can make this shade appear the same on the hairs AND skin) I want to give 4/5 stars because the last two weeks of November (even with all I've said above) I enjoyed having smudge free/water resistant brows and the ease of not having to makeup my eyebrows until 2 days later. The reason I wont give 4/5 stars is because within the last 5 days I'm noticing the duration of it staying on is less than a day. Example: If I apply a fresh coat in the morning, it "sometimes" lasts flawlessly throughout the day now, & when I go to bed/wake up the next day, I now have to touch up areas (mainly what's on the skin & sometimes within the hairs as well)...something I didn't have to do the first 2 weeks I used the product, because it actually last (in tact) for 2 days before touch up and/or reapplying. If this product (after 2 1/5 weeks) becomes like the pencils I've used... with no guarantee of non smudges & staying in tact for at least a day, and I have to apply it everyday like the pencils...what's the point... I'm still holding out hope for WunderBrow because I understand this is new, if you fix these issues, you have a customer for life!

I love the natural look it gives my eyebrows. Blonde was the perfect shade for me and I love the texture.

The product is not suitable for my needs.

I find the product too gloppy. And in the video they don't use the same applicator. They use an angle eye brow brush to apply, the actual applicator is a non angled brush u pull out like mascara. And there's way too much product on the brush. Maybe I'll try dabbing my angle brow brush on the applicator so I can control the amount of liquid I apply. And it does wash off with make up remover.
