STILL waiting for return form and number!!
I ordered this product after hearing rave reviews from my sister, who loves the blonde shade. My hair is darker and cooler-toned than hers, so I knew that blonde Wunder2 wouldn't match my hair even though it is blonde. Since my hair does not have yellow tones in it, I knew that the only possible color I could use was brunette. It seemed close enough to Anastasia Beverly Hills' pomade shade taupe, so I decided to try it. It is too dark! The brush also makes application super clumsy and imprecise. I hate it and have been asking for a refund number since the 16th. Customer service was fair in getting the product to me, but now apparently I'm stuck with this product that I cannot use. Not thrilled at all.
