The mascara is goopy (too wet) and the wand flicked some product on my face. I could not remove the product on my face. Since I did not realize that both the mascara and the brow product require their own proprietary removal product, I had to resort to applying a cover-up, so the product wouldn't be noticed on my face. Certainly not what I was hoping to achieve. After I applied the mascara, being it was so goopy, my lashes grouped together, creating 4 or so thick lashes, stuck together and even though I had curled my lashes before application, the mascara, caused them to loose the 'curl' and were almost pointed downwards. I tried to re-curl them and my eyelashes stuck to the curler. I couldn't remove the remainder on my lashes completely, despite applying several make-up remover products. The eyebrow product looks like I crayoned on my eyebrows, and I could not use any of my grooming brushes, to remove the excess product or reshape them. Then, again, I was stuck with the results, now rather uneven, since some came off in the shower and some did not! Buyer Beware!

I bought the mascara, it does what it's suppost to do but when it is time to get it off your eyealshes, it is like pulling crazy glue off, Very painful, hard to remove and ruined what lashes I did have, my eyes were irritated and sore for a week and lost a good portion of my eye lashes, I looked like someone hit me because my eyes were so swollen, I am so upset! I would like to return it or get directions for the removal of the mascara... Petty Discouraged!

The product itself is great but I really don't like the applicator tip, it gets messy so I use another applicateur.

I used to have my hairdresser to color my brows at the same she was coloring my hair, it made my brows look big and furry. I love this product as it does exactly what it says it will do.

The Custom color was really nice. For me.....I made too much of a mess. I'm going to stick with my local salon. The product was nice and the color matched nicely. It is an end user issue not a product issue at all.
