I ordered Wunderbrow Eyebrow Gel as a birthday present for my sister after reading all the great reviews and seeing ads all over social media. What a mistake! For starters, my sister didn't receive the package until several days after her birthday. After placing the order on a Sunday, I received a shipment confirmation Monday. However, the package was not actually tendered to Fedex until Thursday, so it was delivered over a week after placing the order. When my sister was finally able to use the product, it made her eyebrows stiff and lasted no longer than a regular eyebrow gel. However, it was different because it bleached her eyebrows. The customer service line was quick to offer a full refund within the 30 Day Guarantee, but had no interest in the fact that her eyebrows are translucent due to their product. I'm just lucky that my sister has a good sense of humor... she's just happy her brows didn't fall out.

I didn't like it. It goes on so thick. Just hate it.

Every thing was great. The product, the ordering and delivery process. I would and do recommend this product to everyone.

I ordered the wunderbrow product shortly after I got a notification saying it was shipped I called a week later to see where my package was and they told me the item I ordered in the color I wanted was on back order and I should recieve it the following week. I don't understand why it said it was shipped if it wasn't. But needless to say I got the product I liked at first but it doesn't stay on for a couple days like they say it's supposed to

Product is gooey and hard to work with. Doesn't look natural on thinner brows. As a filler for fuller brows, might be great..... Product isn't for me.

I like the wunderbrow. It doesn't come off easily but it doesn't last long like it advertises
