At first it is hard to apply with the brush it comes with. However, once you practice and able to get it (use an eyebrow brush for easier application) it is great! I really like this product.

I'd love to be able to give a better review but I've yet to receive my order. I ordered on Dec. 17 and got a notice that the product was shipped on Dec. 19. Got no updates for about a week and when I reached out I got a response 3 days later saying that there was a high demand for the product and to wait for 5 business days. It's January 7th and still no package. Really not impressed with the service so far.

I thought I was ordering the wunderbrow2, the product that doesn't come off, semi-permanent brow product. However, I did not receive this product. I received a pencil type product. Maybe I didn't understand, but when I clicked on the add it took me to the product that I purchased which was not semi-permanent. The product I got comes right off with fingertip rubbing. I also got the wunder2 mascara, this is pretty decent, it does clump. I think it is no different this waterproof mascara. Overall, everything is overpriced and was marketed in a way to make me believe I was getting the famous semi-permanent brow product. I actually really upset I didn't get that.

I'm not really happy with the product. I really don't think it's such a great product. It looks and feels like paste. I think I'll stay using my Mary Kay eyebrow liner.

I ordered it before Christmas and was told it was guaranteed to be delivered by 12/23! I didn't receive it until 12/31. I called customer service and all they can do is apologize. They couldn't give me a specific date of when it will arrive and the tracking number they provided was not accurate.

I expected to last at least 2-3 days but unfortunately is not like that.

Was skeptical at first but once I tried it I was overall satisfied. Great product, easy to apply. Shade was perfect match, I ordered brunette.

I am very satisfied with the eyebrow product. It took me some practice to perfect my technique but now i'm very pleased with the results.
