I never received this item. Still waiting weeks later

I purchased the wonderbrow gel, wondercleanse, and dual precision brush, which was shipped December 20, 2016. Unfortunately I have yet to receive the products.

I'm 56 and my eyebrows are thinning and grey. I was having a hard time finding a product that would cover the grey. This product works great. It took a little practice to get the application right. I love how it doesn't come off until I wash my face. My eyebrows look great.

Not only I received the shipment 2 weeks after my purchase, but the product is totally wack. The gel applied us not compact onto the skin and when applied on the eyebrows ...well they simply become hard like rock. You can't even brush them. In all this, I did one eyebrow with wunder2 and the other with a simple black eyebrow pencil. it took more than 4hours to obtain a decent result with wunder2 gel...and waste of cleanser (their cleanser +$8.25!) To remove it. The results obtained on the other eyebrow with a simple eyebrow pencil and a brush was faster and amazing. This wunder2 is another product line that belongs to the category "it's-only-marketing". Don't waste your time and money!

I usually don't get black because it's to dark so I got blk/brown and it is too light! May be if you develop a off black it would be good for people of color.

It takes a little practice to get it right. You don't have to use there cleanser to remove. My normal eye makeup remover took it off.

First off, It took a month just to get the product. In my opinion, the product may be fine for people who already have full eyebrows. I have very thin, fine, and light brows. So I have to fill in the entire eyebrow. It looks like clay. The extra brush I bought along with it, is very hard and pointless. It's has bristles, but it's so hard that it might as well be one piece. I would definitely buy the serum to take it off because I've never actually kept the product on. It looks unnatural. I wouldn't recommend this product at all.
