I am returning customer and I purchased the wunder brow jet black this time and it's too dark. I sent an email to return it and no one has responded to me. It says they'd respond in 1 day but it's been a least a week.

I was very excited to try the product when I received it in the mail, and read reviews from other people so I knew that the product dried a little bit quick so I needed to apply it quickly. My first time I applied it way to thick and it was a little scary. I was a little underwhelmed with the fact that even though I ordered in Auburn hue it still looked Brown and it didn't have enough red in it for me. For this reason I probably would not order through them again because it doesn't look good with my natural hair color in my opinion. However for other ladies this is a wonderful product and with practice comes perfection. Day 2 of application I still like the product and I used less and was able to do it quicker than the first time. When I ordered I ordered with the brush and the cleaning cream. Something I did not anticipate was that even though I wash my face with my regular cleanser and I was able to use my acrylic nails to help scrub it off, it did come off without a problem. However I would have a little on my hand to apply it and when I use a little bit of the cream cleanser to remove the prodict it was a little oily? I do not like their cream cleanser and I would use anything other than that in my personal opinion. I'm assuming the grease is so that your skin stays hydrated. Permanent makeup fashionistas you wouldn't even need that extra brush that they sell I did not have one so I did buy one and I like it but there may be other products that are just as good so you don't have to spend that extra money if it's something you already have. Overall I like the product. I wish it was more red, but as stated it does stay on. It does not rub off on my skin at all and I'm Uber driver who's in my car for 15 hours a day and it stays on the whole day.

I was very excited about using this product. My eyebrows are something I am particular about and have to constantly do. The product was completely clear, it added no color at all to my eyebrows. Also the mascara flaked and climped my already very sparse and thin eyebrows.

Great product, easy to use, nice natural affect. Good communication from the seller, and fast shipping. Arrived just as described. Very satisfied!

WUNDERBROW2 IS VERY MESSY TO APPLY. THE COLOR I CHOSE WAS BRUNETTE. THE COLOR IS WAY TOO DARK AND DOES NOT GO ON VERY SMOOTHLY. EVEN WHEN YOU TRY TO LIGHTLY APPLY, THE PRODUCT IS JUST TOO MESSY AND GOES ON TOO THICK. IT ALSO DOES NOT LAST AS LONG AS STATED. MINE CAME OFF WITHIN A DAY EVEN WITHOUT THE SPECIAL CLEANSER I ORDERED WITH THE PRODUCT. ALSO, THE INSTRUCTIONS IN APPLYING THIS PRODUCT ARE WRITTEN SO SMALL & SO LIGHT, I WAS UNABLE TO READ THEM WITHOUT A MAGNIFING GLASS.
