Took forever to get Ordered brown/black & got auburn

The first package I received had a broken lid, but after calling the company they immediately sent out my new product. Both packages I received within 5 business days and I was surprised both times by how quickly they arrived.

The money was taken out of my account. I never received my product. When I checked my tracking number it said the package had been delivered. After contacting the company via email, they referred me to my tracking number and told me to check with the post office. I checked with the post office no package. I again emailed the company and again they referred me to my tracking number saying that the package shows delivered which is what I had told them days before. But I had no package. Then they tell me to file a claim with the post office I didn't purchase anything from the post office I purchased a product from Wunderbrow. Don't believe the hype people I told them at this point I want my money back still haven't gotten a response. I will be contacting the Better Business bureau

The product itself is fine if you need a filler but otherwise too dark/intense if you have eyebrows that are fairly full.

I bought the Wunderlift. Ok here is the Problem. I apply it and let it dry. First off it does work BUT HERE IS MY PROBLEM. When I then apply my foundation weather with a brush or sponge it soften the wunderlift up and wrinkles return. FYI. I am using your foundation which I love but I end up with no more lift results.

I emailed them immediately when I realized I ordered the wrong product. I asked them to either cancel or change it. To this day this still have not emailed me back. I got the product and wrote refused on it and sent ot back as they told me to do when I called them. Its been over a week and I still have not heard from them. I was going to buy the right product when they got me return back but no communication from them yet again. I wont do any business with a company like this one.
