I COULD NOT GET OVER HOW EASY IT WAS TO APPLY. I'VE BEEN ENJOYING USING IT EVERY DAY SINCE I RECEIVED IT.

I was excited to receive it but was quickly disappointed. The brunette color looks like a sand/clay color. The applicator from the tube is a wide brush which does not give a nice line. When I used another applicator to paint in the brow it was very clumpy! I buy many types of brow and liner makeup and this by far was a waste of my money. There are other semi-permanent brands out there that work better

The product is like glue on my lashes , I mean seriously not even oil based makeup remover gets it off easily.. my eyes are literally red and puffy after trying to remove the product. I wanted to love it but honestly it's in my vanity drawer and probably won't be worn.

I ordered the combo pack and received the gel only. Called not once but twice, and was told I would receive the brush and remover in another shipment; as I was charged for all three products. Three weeks later, never received - no email follow up as promised. No credit for product charged and not received. Terrible customer service. Be wary!! Will be disputing with my credit card company...

Sent several emails, text and even tried to call. No replies to any of my communications.

It's not like the videos. It's too expensive for a misleading product.

Great product and great company.

Never received item. Was sent an email it was. I never signed for anything. Then I was told to contact the post office. I don't think that is what good customer service is all about. Now I'm out $22.00.
