Wunder Brows didn't last for days as advertising. I don't know whether it is because I don't have lots of hair on my brows or I didn't applied it on probably. But it did lasted for a whole day.

I am blonde headed so have never had eyebrows. They are just, well, blonde. So, I decided to try wunder2 and it worked great! I have brows but they don't looks so dark that they look fake. I love it!!!

The applicator is too thick it should be smaller and on an angle.

I use stencils & it was terrible trying to apply.. just like a goopy lip gloss kind of feel. Maybe if it was thicker.. but how am I supposed to "brush" wet paint on my face & keep it in a uniform pattern?! The "blonde" color looked a tad gray/green/brown. Wouldn't recommend to someone with clear eyebrows to begin with.

The website was easy to navigate, delivery was fast, and the product is high quality.

The brush is horrible is too thick I have to use a thin pointed brush and the gel does not stick to my brow I have to tap tap it on to my brow in order to stick but it still not sticking I have to use a pencil and draw the line first and then go over with the gel

I ordered the brow product several weeks ago. Tried to order on line but there was some issues with system accepting my address- so I called customer service line - ordered - confirmed with lady that took order that she had my address correct - I received tracking number but nothing ever showed up - come to find out after several discussions with FedEx my name and address were never put on shipment - how ridiculous - once I found this out I again called customer service- told them package was sent back to them - ask them what they were going to do and they said sorry we will resend - I ask for over night since I had been waiting so long they said sorry we can't do that but we will give you a $5.00 credit - I said well better than nothing I guess - so I am still waiting - was told I would receive in about a week to 10 days - ask for tracking number they said they would email to me. Never emailed - I called again - was given a tracking number and it does have correct mailing address- so you will know this product is sent via Fedex postal service- Fedex does not bring to you but sends it to your local post office. Concerning the product - wonderful product - can't find any better or I certainly would not have gone thru all of this crap to get it- it really works.
