Love the product after I learned how to use it will definitely purchase again maybe we'll get the brown black next time the jet black was a little too black for my skin

I have very few eyebrow hairs. When I put on as directed and dried looks like I just used paint. Did not last overnight. Not saying on others that do have eyebrow hairs that it wouldn't work, but on me looks like paint!!!!

I apply it in the morning & I don't have to retouch my eyebrows all day. I don't worry about them being smeared. My eyebrows look fresh all day long.

I order the brown/ black . Did not not like the color at all. I should have order the black. It didn't seem to blend or stay on that long.

I tried the product but I found I was allergic to it. My eyebrows became very itchy. I immediately called customer service and sent the product back. I considered sending it as registered mail with a tracking number, but learned that it costs almost as much as I paid for the product. I send it via regular mail with Canada Post. I emailed customer service today as it has been 2 weeks and they replied that they did not receive my package. How convienient. It is obvious that they tell you to send the product back via registered mail because most people don't want to spend $25 and just keep the product (and eat the cost). Overall very disappointed. I should have just kept the product and given it to a friend.

Well at first I didn't believe that it would last for a couple of days. And when I tried it for the first time I was amazed . I love it.

The product is exactly what I saw on the publicity on internet.
