I Love it, don't have to wash off, no mess.

I was really excited to try the wunder2 but a little disappointed. It didn't really go on that well, I'm not sure if it was my brush or not. And the brush that came with it is very flimsy. It broke already and I just got this. I thought it was going to be a little better.

I have no idea if this product works because I have not received it yet. When I track my package, it shows it'll be delivered a month after I received my email confirmation, if that's even accurate, since this will be the second delivery date I was shown. I don't think I'll be ordering again unless I LOVE the product since I like what I use now and have a reliable source for purchase. I figured I should give "Wunder Brow" a try and so far, nor impressed with wait time.

I can't believe that I am being g asked to rate this product that I have not received after three weeks. service is horrible!!! I called after two weeks and was told product would be sent out on Monday, February 13th. Today is Saturday and still no product! I used the product before and like it, but what good is a product if you can't get it when you need it??!!

I wouldn't know how to rate your product as I have not received it. I ordered the wunderbrow on 1/27/17 and it's now 2/17/17. I received an email stating it was shipped on 1/29 but when I called to track it I was told it had not been shipped due to the brush being on back order. Why wouldn't your company send me an email to inform me item ordered was on back order??? Why would I receive an email telling me it was shipped when it wasn't??? The least you could have done is expedite the shipping but nope that wasn't available. Don't know if I would order again based on your shipping and handling.

I'm very pleased with my purchase of wunderbrow. It really works wonders!! My only downfall to the product is that you shouldn't used any oil based moisturizers or face cleansers as the product will come off. Other than that it is amazing! I had gotten the dark brown/black color and in the tube it looks light, but once applied it blends in very nicely. I recommend buying the angled brush/spooly and not using it from the applicator itself. It's very thick and you have no control.

I am very disappointed! The end result is not like the one being advertised. It is very very difficult to apply. My brow looks awful every time I used it. It does not stay on , it washes off when I wash my face before bed time. This product is not worth the money. The brush that cane with it only helps smooth it out but still gives a terrible outcome. I will be returning it . Will not recommend it at all.

I received an email the shipping label was created. After a week I realized I have not got my order. I checked the routing to find it never shipped. I contacted customer service who then said the item was on back order. I then sent a follow-up email with no response.
