I got my item but shipping took 2 weeks…
I got my item but shipping took 2 weeks customer service non responsive until threatened. I would be ok if it was in transit for the weeks but the handling time took over 1 week and no communication which caused me to order item twice from a different vendor. I do not think they deserve 4 stars but i can't give them 3 stars they might deserve 3 1/2 stars. they are not a scam but customer service needs to be better.

We are happy you finally received the product you ordered. There was obvious miscommunication and also our customer service team repeatedly sent you email updates about your order and for some reasons, our emails were not getting to you and i believe it has something to do with our emails been deleted directly from your email servers. We also spoke to you over the phone to ensure that you are aware that your order has been shipped. We look forward to working with you again and hopefully get a 5 star from you next time.
