Don’t know if I’d even give them a 2/5 device short within 3 months. Price is ridiculous. Functionality of some is honestly falling off the charts in a bad way

Ordered some vapes for using at home with oil. After one year I sent another message wondering when they would ship. Finally received them a year and a half after ordering. We were no longer interested in the product. The company assured me that they would refund the money if I returned the unopened packages. I returned them the company has not sent the HUNDRED dollars back to me. I have reached out many times. The most recent response was for me to contact my bank to have the charges removed. I had already sent the vapes back. So now the company literally stole a hundred dollars from me and does not respond to my messages.

Their shipping is just a money grab everything they ship out is 3 days standard anyway. Never pay for 1 day delivery$45 add on to price to ship it 3 to 4 days later. Good product horrible customer service.

THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY IF VAPE DOESNT WORK FOR WHAT YOU NEED IT FOR. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THE WEB SITE STATE YOU WILL GET A REFUND..BUT WHEN YOU CALL THEY SAID BECAUSE OF CORONA THEY WILL NOT TAKE IT BACK. ONLY EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER ONE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOULL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED.
