We have 3 older dogs (9. 11, 13) all on wuffes daily. It’s amazing how they still run and play and are so enjoying life. I had entered incorrect shipping information. Could not correct via web so sent an email. Received response by the time I woke up the next day and the issue had been resolved. Very impressed with the timeliness and ease of resolution.

Great customer service… I received an email of an order being processed, I was unaware I signed up for a subscription. Emailed them with request for refund for such order and to cancel subscription only due to my old Shitzu not liking then”treat” after a month. The responded within hours, and granted my requests. So pleased.

My German Shepherd, Boomer, was having a very hard time getting into my SUV. I have now started my second container of Wuffes and can see improvements in his mobility. He also likes the Alaskan Salmon oil. I definitely recommend these products.

Well to start off, I had placed an order never received an email confirmation. Y’all had the wrong email address for me so I finally was able to get in contact with your customer service. However I kept getting music and wasn’t able to get a hold of a person except about 10 minutes later a young man by the name of Carlos Joseph Carlos Called me back told me he was with this company and asked me how I could be helped so I told him what my problem was. He found my account and my order and he sent me links of how I could check on my account he verified that my order had been shipped. He told me how to control my account and he was very nice very polite. Very knowledgeable because I asked him a lot of questions , so this young man deserves a boy because he was super nice but on your website, you could be a little clear on how this subscription works. Also make it a little bit easier to get in contact with your customer service cause I like to never have found it your customers being able to get with customer service is a big deal and if you’re gonna advertise, you need to make it available to customer service

Our 13+ year old German Shepherd struggled with arthritis in her hind legs. We tried many differnet supplements with little to no improvement. We found Wuffes online and placed an order. We definitely saw an improvement after 30 days. Her mood was better and she moved around a little easier making her final months with us more comfortable. I wish we had found Wuffes sooner.

the free shipping the discount and the order was very easy to fill, also I will be getting a free gift for Shiloh she is a Wolf/German Shepherd hybrid and will be 13 years old in August I had her since she was 8 weeks old lately she has had troubles climbing up the stairs so we are getting ready to put her up a ramp and a family member sent me Wuffles info so I am going to try hoping all goes well
