Hi there Dean. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisifed with your experience with Wuffes. We do inform customers how their subscriptions willl work and that the second order will be sent out a little earlier that the rest because of the double dose we recommend during the first month. Please refuse/return the order back to us for a full refund and as soon as this is done, please contact us and we will apply the refund on your order.
