By the time I ordered and received the Wuffes, I didn't need the anymore. I got a very kind note and care. What a wonderful company and lots of care.

On my second order I did not receive an email indicating my order went through itr was being shipped. After several days I began getting emails that I left items in my cart. I checked there were no items in my cart. Received another email saying same thing. I called them explained I had received no confirmation of the order or shipping but was charged separately for two items on one order. I told them I keep getting emails saying I left items in my cart. They checked confirmed the order was received and charged. They didn't know why the emails were being sent because she could see the cart is empty. She sent order confirmation and then a tracking number. Post office sent a message that a order for label was received and it shipped the following day. I received the order today and then got another email stating I left items in my cart. I sent a follow up email to them asking them to fix that. They replied they are unable to but I could unsubscribe from that email. I told them I originally I did not receive confirmation of the order or shipped until I called about the cart. I am afraid I won't get any confirmation from them at this point for orders or shipping and dont want to deal with a business that does not have the ability to fix their own software issues.

Customer Service was great! My bulldog "Walter" passed and I did not cancel my subscription but when I contacted Wuffels they were quick for response and made the transaction easy.

My 9 year old pup does great with the hip and joint supplement. It improved his overall quality of life. Noticed the big difference with morning stiffness especially.

My nine year old dog and best friend had been struggling to get around for the past year or so. I could observe her rear leg trembling at times just standing due to the pain she was experiencing. Every time she laid down it was a struggle for her to stand back up and sometimes would take her multiple attempts. It was breaking my heart to see her in pain and when I saw an ad on Facebook I decided to give it a try. We tried a different joint chew before and while they did seem to help some, she did not enjoy the taste and we would have to hide them in wet dogfood. I also noticed her get sick to her stomach a couple of times which was not normal for her. With Wuffes, she enjoys taking the chew as if it were a treat and she has not experienced any side effects. The results have been nothing short of incredible! After only a couple of weeks, she is displaying no sign of pain or discomfort at all! My Lucy is back to running around like a puppy again! When she gets excited she starts bouncing around and she has no problem hopping up on my bed at night now. I have joked that maybe I should give them a try myself because she seems to feel way better than I do now! This is a great product which I would highly recommend to anyone who has an older dog that is experiencing joint pain.

Customer service is excellent. Very courteous and helpful. Even though I didn't leave a call back #, Customer service called me back. I was able to change how often my orders are sent .Thank you.

I buy this product give to my dog 3 times after that she start vomit and I have to bring her to dr . I pay this product only one time and auto this company put me in membership I do not ask . Send other product again after 2 months and charge again call them to returned but I have to pay for the delivery my self to them return my money to.cr car . So I have to pay delivery back bc I open box and this company they said they are not reponsible for this . Jcp other words you take or take or paid and lost
