Customer care is amazing. I could not afford another month and was unable to login to my account to cancel Within 15 mins cs replies to my email and they canceled and refunded me full amount. So recommend this company

New to this company and Customer Service has been great! My order was missing one item. I contacted Wuffes and with a couple of photos on my end, they got on it and shipped the missing item right away. My pup has only been on the chews for about two weeks (doing the recommended double dose for the first month), and she already seems less stiff :)

Monica Torres Zamora was very helpful. I honestly had emailed, chatted and left vm with little to no satisfaction. Monica was very helpful and explained that I should refuse delivery and a full refund would be issued within a few hours of the refusal for order#1389175. Everyone else basically advised there's little they could do. Not acceptable. I deal with chewy who has exceptional customer service. You should follow their model. Monica did

Great company that cares as much as you do for your pets. They are always reaching out to check on my pups. I couldnt be happier with this company and its product. Wuffes has made my girl like a puppy again, and shes always ready for a walk. She knows as soon as she hears the container come out that tail starts wagging.
