I am a new Wuffes customer. My first shipment was lost in the mail and subsequently returned to the company. Saul helped me resolve the issue and was very responsive and reassuring throughout our communication. I sincerely appreciate the assistance and will remember this customer service as part of my experience shopping with Wuffes.

My dog Lacey I've been giving my dog 2 Wuffes a day since 9/17 and there is a slight improvement with her hips. She is able to get up a little easier. I will continue to give her the Wuffes and hope she continues to improve. She will be 12 years old in February of next year and is over weight but I feel confident that continuing the Wuffes her hip issues will continue to progress. Thank You Wuffes for helping my dog enjoy her life for whatever time she has left.

Wuffes is wonderful! Gave them to my German shepherd who was having some mobility issues and after two weeks saw such an improvement! He was even doing the puppy prance! It was amazing. I had been giving him consequin for his mobility problems so I was a little skeptical about trying wuffes. So I glad I did. I highly encourage those considering this to take that next step to see for yourself.

I found that the advertising and promotion of their products were well backed-up by customer reviews. And Wuffes was very transparent about the ingredients in their products to be able to do valid research.

Unfortunately, our dog passed a month ago and I had not realized I was on auto ship. We received a shipment shortly after. Since the box was not open, I was able to return to sender. Each time I emailed Wuffes, I received an almost immediate response. Very grateful for their understanding during a difficult time. Great customer service!

I was hours away from having my 14 year old golden doodle put down because she couldn't get in the car, anf I am not strong enough to lift her. I tried a last time after giving wuffes for three weeks in double doses, and she DID it!!! She was able to dodge her appointment with death. We will now drive across the country to our new home:)
