Contact customer service about an accidental mix up on auto ship orders. Problem was corrected right away and received a refund that was not asked for. Very pleased with the support department.

Although I lost my loving dog Molly back in November I had to share my experience with the Wuffes product. Molly was 14 years old when she passed and I learned about the product more than a year ago, as she aged she was beginning to show signs of her pain and inability to move like she used to. She was a rescue and a Shepard mix, the Wuffes product helped her tremendously, she lived a better quality of life because of this product. I am very grateful for the product and I’m glad I was able to have another year with her before she passed. I will always miss her……

We're honored to have been part of her journey and wish you comfort as you cherish the wonderful memories with her. Thank you for trusting us with her care.

I called regarding a cancellation and refund. Monica was able to cancel the subscription but said I would have to wait 90 days for a refund. We had started using the hip and joint supplement but our dog did not respond in time and had to be put down this week. That was disappointing but her service was very professional and polite.

I am truly sorry to hear about your loss, missing a fur friend is never easy. We are also sorry if the 90-day warranty was not clear, we just want to do things right, thanks a lot for the shout-out to Monica, is great to hear our team kindly assist you.
