I clicked a link to this website through my shop app on Nov 11th 2024, and it had me automatically sign in with my shop account. I was just looking at the sales and added a couple things to my cart to see the discount total, when all of a sudden it said thank you for your order. I contacted the company immediately and they canceled the order. I told them I didn't want any further charges. The assured me there would be no further charges but Today on Dec 11th 2024. I was charged over $40 for a subscription that I never signed up for. I contacted them immediately again and they said I would just have to refuse the package and they would refund when they receive it back. THE PACKAGE HASNT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED YET. ONLY A LABEL HAS BEEN CREATED. I explained this and they were firm on refusing a refund. I looked them up on BBB and they have a C rating and over 100 horror stories very similar to mine as well as terrible reviews regarding their "90 day guarantee", apparently there is some small print there that dosent really mean you can return within 90 days 🙄 . So BUYER'S BEWARE, please go to BBB first before purchasing!!!!

It really does work even better than cosaquin

Although we've been ordering thru Wuffes for quite a while now, I'm only just now leaving a review. I wanted to give the review after using their products for at least a year to see the long term results. So here goes my opinion, for what is worth. 😄 Ordering thru Wuffes is extremely easy, whether you have items on a monthly subscription or do a one-time order. Wuffes is excellent about informing you of any upcoming orders, just in case you're anything like me & tend to forget what products, through the many different stores, you may have on "repeating" orders. The Hip & Joint supplement has made a big difference for our "older" English Shepherd. He tends to forget his age of 11 years & still wants to play "Frisbee" with his human dad the same way he did when he was a younger dog. Our entire neighborhood loves to gather around to watch my husband & Stryker (our dog) play Frisbee. Stryker has always been able to catch pretty much any toss of a frisbee or throw of a ball. And although he will still run, catch & jump today like he's still a younger dog, Stryker will now limp, struggle with getting up & "move" more slowly for 1 - 3 days afterwards (even when it's only been approximately 15 minutes of that kind of full-on playing). Therefore, I try to remind both my husband & our dog that they can no longer play the same way. In addition to limiting that kind of intensive playing, we've been giving Stryker Wuffes' hip & joint supplements for about a year or so. This has clearly HELPED, especially in his recovery after playing Frisbee. I, personally, live with chronic pain myself & have had physical therapy on a weekly basis for many, many years. Along with my PT, I SWEAR by the use of laser therapy & how much it helps me. Going even one week without last therapy will make my inflammation significantly worse. So, my hubby & I had recently decided to begin laser therapy for Stryker thru our vet's office, especially since Stryker's hips & joints have begun to show more signs of inflammation over the past couple of years. However, when I saw the current cost (& discount) of the laser from Wuffes, I immediately canceled the vet's appointments & ordered the laser from Wuffes. It is MUCH more cost effective & greatly more convenient to be able to utilize the laser on Stryker at our home rather than load him into the car multiple times a week & drive him over to the vet's for a laser session. I'm truly thrilled to try Wuffes product on Stryker! I pray the laser therapy helps Stryker with his chronic pain & inflammation the same way it has for me, especiallysince Stryker still tries to run, play & catch the same way he's been doing for his entire life. We know Stryker has to slow down because he's gotten older. Plus, he does have some health issues that come along with age, including joint inflammation & the development of numerous benign tumors. But Stryker has always been happiest when he can be active, as well as, being able to travel with us whenever & wherever allowed. We want to maintain this quality of life for him for as many years as possible. With the continued help of the Wuffes products, I feel we're on the right track to being successful with that goal. I have a large German shepherd that’s 9 years old and I only went through one of the three tubs and I already noticed an improvement. He’s in a better mood and he enjoys playing. We played tug of war yesterday and there was a very noticeable increase in his strength and I believe that’s because of his hips. Excited to see how he is after the loading period

The company has a great customer service dept. I some how ordered a second hand held portable Laser Therapy wand 1 on 12/4 and 1 on 12/9 for my dogs today. One of the customer service representatives was so nice and very quick once I realized my mistake and notified the Wuffes company. He or she was able to catch the order and stop it before it was packaged and sent out to go through the mail system. I did get the first laser wand today, I believe via USPS I’m looking forward to helping my Black Lab-Pit mix Meredith,with all the aches and pains she has in her back end. But first I need to read the directions on how to use it and then after using it for awhile with Mer, I’ll do another Review on the product!

I am writing this message because I am an extremely pleased customer. I have a 12 yr old rotty that had major issues with regular movement, getting up and laying down. He can now jump and walk with very few problems. He looks at least 2-3 years younger, based on that. My rep Josecarlos was very pleasant and helpful with my purchase agreement. Thank you Wuffes!!

My 16 year old poodle boy is definitely moving around easily now and has more energy. He loves his wuffes treat in the morning!

The help I received was very positive to resolve my issue Quickly and the first time without any push back.The issue was my fault but was resolved way easier than expected Thank You
