The young lady that handled my issue is a credit to your company. Customer service representatives have a tough job, because you can’t help and satisfy everyone. Hope she gets a big bonus! Because she really deserves it. Thank You.

I ordered Wuffes for small breed dogs, as well as the fish oil. I ended up getting Wuffes for large breed dog in my order. Customer service asked for a picture of the product and the invoice. They promptly corrected the order at no additional cost to me. In my opinion, that is the best kind of customer service a company can provide. Thank you so much for your rapid response and for not making me go through the hassle of returning the incorrect product!!

What a powerful company! Wuffes has some of the best customer support, should you ever need them. The hip chews have made a HUGE difference in my 14 year old husky. Her back legs barely shake and she has much better mobility after starting this supplement. They are made in the USA which should be more than enough reason to support them!

Stories like this truly mean the world to us. 💛 We're proud to offer products made in the USA and to have a customer support team that’s always ready to help. Thank you for your support and for being a part of the Wuffes family—give your pup some extra love from us! 🐾 With gratitude, The Wuffes Team 🐶

Unfortunately Wuffes did not work for my fur baby Jordy. After thinking I cancelled my subscription I received another order. I called and spoke with Aranza from your customer support team. She was amazing!! She was so pleasant and helpful. I was able to get a full refund. When I asked where to ship the unopened product back to she asked me to donate it instead. I was so pleasantly surprised. What a wonderful way to help other pups. You have a great company with even greater employees. Highly recommend!!
