Seems pretty cheaply made for 17 USD
The company seems nice enough, but the product seems kind of cheap for 16.99USD. Worse, their web site said it would ship expedited and arrive by Christmas on the day I ordered (14th around lunch time), when it actually arrived the 29th. Site said it would take 5 days to make (according to their shipping info it took longer) then when I checked the site I realized it had a ton of disclaimers: late? not their fault. Wrong stuff sent? not their fault. etc. I wrote them when it did not arrive and they said anything ordered after 6th was listed as not arriving by Christmas, but that was not what was on the page when I made my order - just that I should expect 10-12 days to arrive. So, this is not a company I would buy from again.

One of the challenges when running an online-only business is that we rely on customers to read the content on our website, in order to make an informed decision. To ensure that everyone knew about our Christmas cut-off date we had a pop-up and multiple large red banners across our website advising of the date (12/06). We're sorry if you didn't notice either of them, and we have taken your feedback on board and will continue to strive for even better clarity about our products and processes, and to make these details more obvious on our website.
