Totally trustworthy and they deliver the promise to a high quality standard which is rare to find in book marketing these days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to authors looking for reliability.

As an Indi author & publisher Written Word Media and the programs they offer has been a major part of my promotional strategy for my books and series. I have found the platform & particularly the support offered by the team sensational. Highly recommend.

My go-to promo people, Written Word have helped to launch my last four award-winning novels, and constantly up their game to encompass more and better promos... BookBub is (of course!) BookBub - and have been very kind - but you can't COUNT on getting a Bookbub feature. You can absolutely depend on WrittenWord, which I've recommended to everyone I know with the ambition and determination to make a success of their novels. (Also, their customer service is brilliant... queries, whatever, they get back to you crazy-fast and go the extra mile.) Thanks for reading, Alice

This service is a fantastic tool. It provides an opportunity for authors to expose their work to many more people. That exposure has resulted in an incredible increase in commercial acceptance of my work. Their efforts were effective, and very much appreciated.

I'm so pleased with Written Word Media. Excellent product, real customer service, and consultation with REAL people. Sarah and Zaida were rock stars. They were patient, explaining all the nuances of the options and gave expert opinions, based on working with myriad authors. I'll be back!

Written Word Media, including Sarah Schwindt and everyone I've worked with there, is the epitome of a great book marketing company with fantastic customer service. Five stars for sure (but I'd give them ten if I could!).

This was my first major book promotion, and I was delighted with the results. My Kindle book received 1,323 free downloads, reached #149 in the US Kindle Store, and achieved #1 rankings in eight Amazon categories across the USA and UK. Sarah was helpful, responsive, and kept me informed throughout. The whole experience has given me confidence to continue promoting my books with Written Word Media. In fact, I’ve already booked two more promotions for late July and late August. Thank you, Sarah, and thank you to the entire Written Word Media team!
