Written Word MediaReviews of writtenwordmedia.com

I am so impressed with Written Word. My email questions have been answered quickly, and I have found the staff most helpful.

Written Word Media have been incredibly helpful every time I’ve used them. I’ve tried several of their different promotions now, and I’ve always found the whole team friendly, knowledgeable and super responsive. No matter who I contact or what random question I throw at them, someone is always happy to help! I do have to give a special shout-out to Nancy, though, because she has been absolutely amazing. She’s gone above and beyond for me on numerous occasions, taking the time to look into things properly, answer my endless questions, offer genuinely helpful advice and be completely open and honest with me about what might or might not work. I’ve never felt like she was simply trying to sell me another promotion — quite the opposite. She genuinely seems to care about helping authors make the right choices for their books and their budget, which I really appreciate. She’s also just incredibly lovely to deal with — warm, patient and always happy to help. I have absolutely no doubt I’ll be pestering her with more questions in the future 😂 and I know she’ll continue to be just as helpful. A brilliant company with a fantastic team behind it. Thank you to everyone at Written Word Media, and especially Nancy! 😊 (Bella R)

Excellent help, speedily received, when I was unsure about how to access material for a promotion I'd booked. I'd book further promotions through them.

As a new Indie author, I had a lot of questions about book promotion. The Written Word Media Team was quick to respond to my questions clearly and concisely. Sarah in particular gave me a path to promotion for my two newest books where one would build on the other. It’s great to know I have a team to answer my questions and show me what the plan implementation would look like.

They take over the advertising so that authors can get back to writing. They know when and where to place your ad so that it gets in front of avid readers. Written Word Media is great with communication between their company and the authors.

All of the people I've worked with at Written Word have gone above and beyond to help me. And, the days my ads run with them are always my best days.

I have a free book promo for my book The Long Game, booked with Written Word Media but Amazon say there’s a tech problem price matching at the moment. Written Word media have gone out of their way to help and will reschedule my promo if necessary. I had a similar situation recently with Bookbub and they were the exact opposite and extremely unhelpful.

Prompt and outstanding customer service to my inquiries and concern regarding a book promotion I bought from Written Word Media. Above and beyond!
