Disappointed
From beginning to end, I had a fairly poor experience with Whiteyboard.com. Starting off: I placed an order for a large, stick-on matte board that I needed for a weekend activity. I selected and paid for 2nd-day air, only to find that the product was shipped via ground and I did not receive it until the following week. I tried contacting the company for a refund of shipping costs, but received no reply. Secondly: installing the stick-on board was too much of a hassle. Even with three people present and following the included instructions, I was unable to install it evenly and smoothly on the wall in my home. Thirdly: the actual quality of the whiteboard does not meet my expectations. More specifically, I'm unable to fully wipe off any dry erase marks on the board. Instead, faded marks are left all over the board which looks really bad. Even with different cleaners / soaps / etc. used, I'm unable to fully wipe off even the most faintest of writings on the board. This is my biggest complaint with the product. Lastly: I ordered another board a couple of years ago, and when I ended up removing it from the wall due to an apartment move, the paint on the wall was torn off along with the board. Pretty disappointed in that. Overall, I am very disappointed with Whiteyboard.com and will not be a return customer. Unfortunately there is no place on their website to leave these comments for review, which may have prevented me from ordering the board in the first place as I'm sure other customers are experiencing some of the same issues. Sorry guys -- I'd love to love your product, but simply can't based on my recent experiences.
