Writey Board has been great. Other than the issues I encountered with the instructions, the customer service has been very accommodating. At the beginning I had concerns about charging my account twice, so someone at Writey Board put my mind at ease by emailing me to confirm I wasn't charged. And when I had issues apply the board to the wall, ruining the board, Josh was very understanding and sent me another one free of charge. The issue with instructions: The paper instructions are not helpful. Instead you guys should have a paper displaying just the YouTube link on how to do it. Writen instructions just aren't necessary, because the chances are good that the people who purchase this product have access to internet very near where they plan to install the board.

Have purchased from them three times. Love my boards. If you call them with questions, they go above and beyond to help. Bruce in particular was very helpful. It is a bit of a task to get the boards up, so watch their video and get a friend to help. But once it's up, it is terrific.

Great product and easy to install!

I liked the ability to get samples of the product before I purchase. Once I saw the sample I was completely interested in purchasing. The product line is very unique and after I showed the items to a friend they are looking to purchase as well.

Writeyboard is an awesome product and their customer service is really great. It's such a pleasure to work with a supplier and product and know that what you order is exactly what you expect to get and want. Their international delivery is quick and efficient. I truly can't think of anything other than positive comments on the whole operation.

I have used an insane amount of this product and continue to love it.

I think the products we great but I prefer the two part paint to the one part clear paint for what I am doing. Your customer service is outstanding especially Bruce.
