The dry erase works great on this product. Even marks left for weeks erase with ease. The reason why I have given it 3 out of 5 is mainly because of even with two sets of hands the installation on a wall was cumbersome; Maybe if the product was rolled "sticky side out" this would help reduce the likelihood of it trapping air during installation. Also, this product is best suited for very smooth surfaces. Don't forget to clean the surface as well.

I love the concept and like that there were instructions, however I ordered the largest adhesive whiteyboard and had a really hard time putting it up, and this morning half of it unstuck and fell. I'm not sure what happened, but I followed all the instructions :-(

Oh no! We never like to hear of a customer having a negative experience with one of our products, and we always want to make the situation right. Our classic WriteyBoards are semi-permanent, so they actually adhere to surfaces quite strongly. If the board detaches from the wall, there's typically a compatibility issue that's adversely affecting the self-adhesive backing (i.e., if the wall isn't smooth or is highly textured, or there's debris on the surface, etc.). I saw the writeyboard at a customer's house. I run my own business and I wanted a writeyboard in my home office immediately. I ordered the free sample and it was great. I bought a writeyboard! The writeyboard has already started taking the paint off of my walls. I'm still using it, but I will have to repaint if/when I move it. I planned to call to see if the company will help amend this situation. Thanks!

11ft Stick On Whiteboard: I followed the installation instructions with 3 people but still ended up with lots of air bubbles and wrinkles. Other than that, the surface is very good and easy to erase.

I love the concept and product, but it's nearly impossible to affix this onto my wall without creating air bubbles that are impossible to get out. Please build a tool that you add on, to keep me from creating air bubbles.

Please note that our team is always here to assist with product installation. Our installation specialist is great at talking our customers through any process they may need assistance with. I thought we were getting a sample of paint to test out on a board. Instead, we got a 3 inch by 3 inch piece of something that resembled a whiteboard and a tiny marker. It worked fine, it just wasn't what I expected.

Hi Amanda, I want to thank you for your review and maybe clarify a couple of things. Our samples are free and the shipping is free and they are desinged to show our potential customers what the finished product looks like and how it performs. It would not be cost effective to send out paint a brush and a tray to customers so that they can paint it themselves(and then wait 2-3 days for it to cure to test it). I am sorry that you were dissapointed but I do hope that you can understand our position and how we handle sending out the hundreds of sample requests we get each week. Maybe I need to put a picture or a better description so that others may not feel the same way you did and I thank you for pointing this out to me. The products seem amazing. However I ordered several different samples to try and decide which one would be best for my application and they did not come with anything telling me which sample was which. It would have been nice for them to have a label on. It would also be nice to receive a brochure or something more than just a few 2" square wall board painted samples even if it was just a note from the company. It felt very impersonal.

Hi Tina, Thanks for your feedback. The sample package should include a pamphlet describing the various finishes, we apologize that it seems someone may have neglected to slip one into your sample package. You can also use writeyboard.com as a reference for the different finishes. Midnight is Black, Ghost is Clear, Classic is glossy white and Matte is flat white. Best, The WriteyBoard Team

While I appreciate the product in a lot of ways, a common brand of dry erase marker ended up leaving a tint on the product after attempts to dry erase and even when using a liquid cleaner. While it would likely work in a workshop or office environment, I needed a product that looked pristine in front of clients and at the time this isn't it.

Hi Craig, Thanks for your feedback. The sample you received was of our Matte product which has a flat finish designed for projection which can translate to certain color markers being more difficult to erase. The Classic WriteyBoard may be the write solution for you, we'd be happy to send you a sample of this finish as well, please advise if you'd like to check one out.
