Dear Mr. Murphy - we are so sorry that your free sample with free shipping never arrived. We show that we filled that sample order and shipped it out via USPS First Class mail on February 11. Unfortunately, there is no tracking for the USPS envelopes. We always want to make every situation right, so we are going to ship out another sample of our Classic Writeyboard to you. USPS is stating that the address provided appears to be missing a suite number. This may explain why the first shipment didn't get to you. All our best - The WriteyBoard Team

Hi Nicholas - we are so sorry you had a negative experience. This is very concerning to us as customer satisfaction is vital to our business. We don't know why the boards would have come off the walls without knowing the texture/condition of the surfaces. Our boards are made to stick securely to walls, so we'd like to get a better understanding of the circumstances to come up with the best solution. We would be happy to ship out two replacement boards, but we can't guarantee that the same issue won't occur without understanding what happened. Hi Jill, Thanks for your feedback, sorry for any exasperation you may have incurred. It's pretty rare that a WhiteyBoard doesn't stick properly. What kind of surface is it adhered to? Textured surfaces and/or surfaces that have not had adequate dry time can cause complications with adhesion. We'll look forward to determining the cause and coming to a prompt resolution.

Hi Terra, Thanks for your feedback. It's extremely rare that a WhiteyBoard won't adhere properly. Might you be able to inform as to the surface to which it's applied? High texture or extremely flat finishes can cause adhesion complications. We're confident we can determine the cause and send you a new one that lives up to your expectations and our high standards. Hi Beth, Were you satisfied with the job Bruce did to apply your paint correctly?
