We first purchased the re-stickable foam backed board (the largest option available) but it never stayed put, the edges curled, and eventually fell off the wall all together, approximately 2 weeks later. We were unable to return the board since the window for that had closed but did exchange it for the original version-- which was cheaper than the $160 I paid the first time around... so out some money there. When the original version arrived it did include a free marker but it was open with the cap stuck to the other end like someone used it and threw it in the tube, of course the marker was dry and unusable. We haven't installed the original version yet but can't say we are that excited to do so. Three stars since I haven't installed the original board yet and the exchange process was easy and customer service was pleasant to work with.

Great quality board, easy to order. A few problems with shipping though, first sample didn't arrive, second sample did arrive but it was sent as a letter rather than a package so I had to pay postage on it. Otherwise, the product itself is great.

We ordered 2 stick-on writey boards, 4x6 feet and are quite satisfied with the product: white mat color is perfect for projecting and installation is easy with the help of 2-3 people. We encountered numerous issues: the website wouldn't recognize our card for payment and we had to do it manually on the phone while we are located in Singapore, which regarding time difference appeared to be complicated. The girl from the help center actually asked us if she could deliver to the "closest" city from Singapore (come on, this is an island...) Then the delivery came with only 1 product, they sent the 2nd out after our email, without goodies or voucher for apology. All in all, from our 1st attempt of order and the 2nd delivery, the process took 2 months!

I like the product, and have purchased 5 of them recently the first 4 were $100 ea., the last one I purchased was 138.53 or 40% more. As the Facilities Manager for a company I manage the maintenance of, and procurement of products utilized in the Buildings. I may need to purchase more of the same type of items in the near future however I have a budget to maintain and pricing escalation such as occurred here puts pressure on me to shop for alternate suppliers. I ordered the Premium Writeyboard, my second Writeyboard order (I first got the Classic), thinking it would be easier to put up and use - "...allows your Premium Writeyboard to be stuck to the wall without any bubbles or wrinkles.... EZ Install in seconds; no wrinkle, no bubbles, guaranteed." I was further encouraged about the EZ Install when I received the Writeyboard and found that the instructions were just four words long with the detail "Reposition whenever. No damage to the surface..." These claims were not my experience with the product. I followed the "peel" and "stick" instructions but found that there were big air bubbles captured underneath. No big deal, I'll just peel it back and push those bubbles out. But as I peeled, a top layer of the drywall came with it. So I just put it back down and am dealing with the big air bubbles. I'm not necessarily saying don't pay-up for the Premium. The foam definitely eliminates all the little textures from the wall underneath but I'd be very careful about the installation. It is much more like installing the Classic, if not worse (I had no problems peeling back my Classic without damaging the wall to get air bubbles out). And, I would not bank on being able to "Take your Writeyboard with you! Simply remove, roll up and reapply anywhere creative thinking is needed." That was definitely delivered with this product.

After installing, it had lots of non-uniformity in the color. When it goes on, it's about the thickness of Elmer's glue. After leaving for the evening, it slowly slowly oozed all night. I came back in to drips that crossed over the bottom tape border and the board itself looks oozy and drippy. I talked to a really fantastic support rep from the company and he helped me figure out where I might have gone wrong and helped me come up with a plan to correct it. The support experience was very positive. I think I'll be able to save the board.

I love that they will send out samples and the phone tech support is great. However, the products are: (1) "classic" whiteboard roll material is too thin (wall texture comes through) and too shiny, (2) "premium classic" whiteboard roll is not too thin, but still too shiny (3) "matte" whiteboard roll is too thin, but not too shiny. If only they had "premium matte". B

Ok this is a multifaceted review. First, I got the peel and stick white board 6ftx4ft, it is awesome and so easy to put up!!! I would recommend this to everyone over the standard white boards you can buy for 5 times as much. Unfortunately, I would have to give the $7.00 markers that they sell a big fat "0". I opened several of the markers and 3 out of the 5 markers splattered ink all over my new $60.00 shirt. To make matters worse, you can get dry erase markers out of material :( . Buy the dry erase board, get dry erase markers from anywhere else.
