Hi Melissa, I am very sorry that you had a less than enjoyable experience installing our Classic XL dry erase board. They are designed to go up in 15 mins or so. We have tried many application processes and feel that the one we have on our written instructions and the tutorial video make this a realistic time to be able to install even our largest boards. Again I am very sorry for your bad experience and would look forward to talking with you and getting your feedback as to the challenges you faced and that input might help us fix any inadequacies we may have in our written instructions. Hi Richard, While I appreciate your interest in our products I do take exception to your comment that we should send physical samples of our paint. Our intention of offering a "FREE" sample is to show a potential customer the appearance and performance of the product. It simply is not cost effective to send liquid samples to the hundreds of customers a week that request them. To be honest you are the 1st to feel the way you do. I certainly understand your concerns about your specific environment and working conditions and all these questions and concerns could be answered by email or on the phone with me. Hi Hala, Thanks for getting in touch. The missing blue markers were not sent because they are not compatible with the Black Dry-Erase Paint, we've refunded you for those items and certainly apologize for any confusion. If you're experiencing some issues with performance it may be due to the background color you applied the paint over or the thickness of the application. Please submit a photo to [email protected] and we'll be sure to determine the best possible resolution.

Hi Michelle, Thanks for your feedback. If you're experiencing bubbling it could be that there was still moisture present in the substrate, or the paint was fully cured. If you reach out to [email protected] they can get a new one sent out to you and ensure that you don't have the same outcome.

Hi Sherri, Thanks for your feedback. Because of it's relative thickness smoother surfaces are recommended for best results. We apologize if this wasn't articulated with enough clarity. We actually have a pretty exciting new product we'll be debuting soon that will deliver a smoother writing surface, every time.
