WriteyboardReviews of writeyboards.com

Great Product, Great Support, Great company. Love Writey board products. I've purchased 2 wall boards and 3 sets of markers. All great quality.

The product is easy to apply to the walls. The order was missing a bottle of cleaner but the company immediately sent me the cleaner.

This company goes above and beyond in customer service. When the small magnetized dry marker that came with my 12x18 adhesive writey board wore out, they sent me 3 more pens without charge. I would do business with them in the future without reservation.

The product is amazing and so easy to use they speak for themself. My review is mainly due to my experience with their customer service. I sent an email just wanting to let them know something went wrong with the packing of the items and they had come out of packages and lids came off bottles. My intention was to just inform them. I received a reply and they very graciously sent replacements to the entire extras I had ordered. Way above and beyond!! This is how a company should treat customers not ignore or push blame onto others.

Although my initial order was missing a set of markers, Mary was incredible and got them...along with couple of cleaning towels and spray out immediately! Tremendous customer service will always bring me back to a business!!!

Had a missing item. (it happens! not a big deal!) Contacted them. They sent it out immediately with apologies.

Excellent Product !!

By far the best customer service we've experienced. You can't go wrong with Writeyboard products and the service they provide. We had a University Professor of Creative Design here yesterday and she loved doodling on the black board with the neon markers......Everyone, even our accountant is more creative.....
