Took my money but did not do as promised to make it an E book.
Took a long time to get my book published -- about 8 months. They kept losing chapters. When finally on the market as a print book. it looks good, but has proof reading errors that I thought had been corrected. About 6 months after publication, they came to me with an offer to make the book and E book and put it on Amazon Kindle. They took $1000.00 from me to do this -- I set up another Amazon account WC's request. They never got the book to Amazon nor did they get it marketed as an E book ---- they did not return any money
