While this model allows us to maintain print quality and avoid excess inventory, it can mean that delivery times extend beyond standard retail shipping expectations, particularly during periods of high order volume. The timeline you are experiencing reflects the combined production and delivery window rather than transit time alone.
Regarding postage costs, shipping rates are determined by carrier pricing, package weight, and destination. We continually review our logistics partnerships to remain competitive while ensuring reliable delivery.
As outlined in our previous correspondence, the current timeframe remains within the standard production and delivery window associated with print-on-demand orders.
