Disappointed
They led me to think that the contracted work for which I paid a month ago (9/24/26) would be done quickly. Instead they have chased me with proposals to contract additional work. I have requested written notice of when the work will be finished, but my request has been ignored.

Hello Pierre, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and concerns. We understand how important it is for you to see your project progress as expected, and we sincerely regret the frustration and uncertainty you have experienced. We appreciate the opportunity to provide some clarification and address the matters you have raised. Regarding the timeline of your contracted service, we would like to clarify that each of our services follows an established turnaround time, which is outlined in the onboarding email provided upon purchase. These timelines serve as our standard framework for managing projects and ensuring that the necessary work is completed with appropriate attention to quality and detail. In your case, certain circumstances encountered during the course of the project required additional time and adjustments to the anticipated schedule. While we make every effort to maintain our established timelines, some situations may require flexibility to ensure that the work is carried out properly and in accordance with the scope of the service. We understand, however, that these circumstances do not lessen the importance of keeping you informed. Although the adjustments to the timeline were necessary, we recognize that the reasons for the delay and their potential impact on your project's completion should have been communicated more clearly and proactively. We sincerely apologize for any uncertainty this may have caused. We also acknowledge your concerns regarding the recommendations for additional services. As part of our commitment to helping authors explore opportunities that may support their publishing and promotional goals, our consultants may occasionally introduce services that complement an author's existing projects. These recommendations are intended to provide additional options rather than impose expectations. Any decision to pursue further services remains entirely at the author's discretion, and we fully respect your choice to focus on the services you have already purchased. We regret if these discussions left you feeling otherwise. Regarding your request for written confirmation of the anticipated completion date, we understand your preference for having this information formally documented. While we understand that the timeline was discussed during your conversation with your consultant, we also recognize that a written follow-up would have provided greater clarity and a reliable reference for your records. We acknowledge this communication gap and apologize that your request was not addressed in the manner you had expected. Please know that your project remains important to us, and our team continues to give it the attention necessary to bring the contracted work to completion. We are working to move the remaining stages forward as efficiently as possible while maintaining the standards and requirements associated with the service. We also recognize the importance of providing clearer communication as the project progresses. We value the trust you have placed in our company and understand that your expectations extend beyond the completion of the service itself to include transparency, responsiveness, and a positive overall experience. While adjustments to project timelines may occasionally arise, our responsibility is to manage those circumstances professionally and ensure that our authors remain appropriately informed throughout the process. Thank you again for bringing your concerns to our attention. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to address your feedback. We remain focused on completing your contracted service and providing the support and communication you deserve moving forward.
