The resume itself was ok
The resume itself was ok. Worth paying for but not as much as I was charged. The LinkedIn “help” is help yourself and the template they gave me was outdated and unusable. My review is, “Meh. If you have the money they can give you good direction but you end up doing 2/3 of it yourself”

From looking at your old resume, I can see that we did need you to tell us quite a bit about your achievements at your positions because there were none listed on your resume. Our price point is reflective of the collaboration we need from our clients. We don't know what your story is if you don't tell us. As for your LinkedIn profile, it is against LI's terms of service to let anyone else access your account. We are not willing to risk your ability to access your LinkedIn profile by completing it for you. We apologize, but 90% of recruiters and hiring authorities use LI to find their next hire and we want to make sure you are able to take advantage of that. It's just not worth the risk to your profile. Other companies may do it for you, but it is absolutely against TOS and eventually they will be caught and their client may lose their account.
