Excellent service Even after the sale very friendly and helpful. I was chatting with Chukwuemeke E was so helpful. Took his time with me and explained everything to me for my delivery on Sat.

This is the second time that the same courier from Evri did not knock or ring door bell, and left parcel on the unlocked porch (both times I was home and heard him enter porch). After first incident, I left a rating on Evri's site, to no avail. The worst is, that one cannot speak to an actual person, when calling Evri's customer service number.

10 friends, in their 60's and 70's, on an horendously stormy night, visited this establishement on a return visit to see a female singer. Our experience was awful. Part way through the evening one lady in our group was verbally attacked by the landlady for sitting on a stool against a wall, not in anyones way, 3 stools were removed by this landlady from the party and put out in the garden for smokers, bearing in mind the weather was awful, leaving this 64 year old lady to stand for 2 hours, others were also verbally abused by this landlady. Everyone in that group will never visit that establishment again, such a shame as we are all locals and spend a lot of money when out

Customer service. While shopping in Dunnes stores NCR Tralee today I received excellent customer service from Zoe in NOURISH. She was extremely interested in getting me the right vitamins, not just for a quick sale. It's a very rear experience to get complete attention, no rushing, no pressure to purchase. In fact I didn't. Zoe advised for me to speak with my pharmacist to find out what vitamin I can't take before my next visit. I will return to the store next shopping day and purchase what Zoe recommend. Thank u Zoe thank u NOURISH fof providing excellent customer service. This is my second member of staff that I have given 10 out of 10 for excellent customer service. Zoe and Eileen. Noreen
