Nice and good

I tried to go from Lyca mobile to TESCO mobile,with a PAC code on the 9th of November was told it would be up and running on the 10th of November. It is now the 25th of November and still waiting for the PAC code to be enabled. I have had no communication from the TESCO'S iT people dealing with this matter to explain the problem. This is causing lots of PROBLEMS with my banking and people urgently trying to contact me. BE AWARE.

The small plug in heater I received from you is really good and does the job intended I would buy this again ! But please change your delivery from Evri they are not good at all

I wouldn't say I like to write negative reviews. However, if I believe that I must, I Will. I bought a cat house from Amazon, which cost £99.00. It was for a stray cat I found in my garden. I just wanted to ensure the cat was safe and warm in the cold weather as it was scared, and I did not wish the foxes would hurt it. The cat got caught in the door of the cat house and screamed in pain, and it was clearly not for the cat. I did review the positive sale comments. Unfortunately, it was a danger to the stray cat I was trying to save. I contacted Amazon, and they said to return it; I told them it was so large that I could not bear in mind that it had been delivered. I was told the company would pick it up, and Amazone arranged for the company to collect it and informed me that this would be done as they would contact the company, and the company would respond to me within 48 hours and refund me. Did it happen? Oh no. I called them again, and they said they would refund me, which never happened. Then they sent me an email and said they sent an email to the company to collect the house, and they had 48 hours to call me. Did they call NO? I spoke to them again, and they said customer service would contact me with a refund. I then received an email from customer services saying we sent you an email, and under our policy, you should have responded within three days. Seeing that you did not, we cancelled your request for a refund. Did I see the email? Well, sorry, my sister died, so emails were not on my mind, and anyway, they promised to refund me. I am aware that company policy is not the same as legal requirements. Well, they can do what they want. After all, I am a small fish in the sea. I am too tired. I am dealing with my sister's death, so I think they can KEEP THE MONEY. I will put the cat house in the dam bin; I am not prepared to endanger a cat. Amazon is not honest and is a bully. When you buy their products, they do not mind taking your money; when you must return their products, it is a different story. SHAME ON YOU, AMAZON!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a sofa at park furniture, eastgate, bristol. Had a good choice of sofas and nicely laid out showroom. Neil the salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgable showing us the various styles and fabrics etc available. Would def recommend.

From the time I first had a burger king burger, the bun fell apart in my hand? And guess what, today November 10th 2023 the whooper burger fell apart again..before I could finish.. Why is this still a problem with this waste of time bun.. is someone you sacked trying to undermine you guys??

I have to say Centrick surpassed my expectations in a moment of need. Whilst not immediately available, the team worked well together to make sure I was supported. My property manager did call back once available. Melanie H was professional, personable and extremely knowledgable on the particular property I needed support on.
