I ordered a deluxe watch band with four…
I ordered a deluxe watch band with four rows of beads. I did not wear it often, maybe six or seven times and one of the bead strands broke. I notified the company and they offered me $10 off another $35 band or a $5 refund! What a joke. They should have sent a new watch band. It would have been the right thing to do. I will never order from them again. You can only take me for a fool once! Just to add to their comment; if you have only worn a band a handful of times and it breaks, how can it not be a defect? Are your products that poorly made?

I ordered a face case and it doesn’t…
I ordered a face case and it doesn’t fit.The size is correct the holes for my side buttons are wrong.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Delivery…
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Delivery took 3 times the number of days they stated. When the strap eventually arrived it broke 32 days later and their after 30 days no refunds or returns applies to faulty goods as well! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

NO service - useless and false advertising
NO service - no-one replies. First, they failed to provide an order number. there was NO confirmation e-mail. It felt like a scam. Then I learned delivery takes 20 days. The "Contact us" button is just for show; The CHAT is also is a dead-end; no one replies. I tried again and again to cancel my order. However, they excel at sending texts urging you to buy more stuff. Stay away from them.

Good products, good service
I have ordered several straps and bumpers for my and my mom’s Apple Watch. They fit as good as the original ones from Apple at a much lower price. Once I receive a strap that was too short. When I contacted the seller they returned my money asap. I did not even have to return the short strap, so I could give it to my mom. The products and the customer service are good.
