The experience of ordering the wristbands including design, was easy and painless. Also great communication and proof approval. However, every band I received is damaged. It seems that the cutting process cut out a sliver piece of plastic on the outside of every band. I was in the process of sending in a complaint when you asked for this fdbk. There is not one piece that is not damaged.
