Dear All I like your ease of usage website. I am reasonably happy with the product. It appears to me that some of the wrist bands are not made of high-quality silicone. I write this because the black silicone seems to exibit a grey cast upon use, above and below the wording on the front and back of the wristband. The black does not remain strikingly black but has a greyish cast. Why does that happen? I would love some answers. Best, Andrew J Guinosso

The adult sized wristbands are much too small for the average adult wrist. I understand they are stretchy (thank god) but they are kid sized. The quality of the print is amazing and the shipment was very quick I was impressed with that. Next time I order (if) I’ll definitely up the size.

While the custom bracelets are cool I did not get the layout I ordered. The bracelets came in with font size way smaller than the preview and two lines instead of one continuing line. Still cool, but not exactly what I ordered.

Everything was great. The problem was the horseshoes were printed upside down. I didn't relize it until I had the product in hand.
