Fast turn around. And a high quality product! Made these wristbands as a vip pass for our tailgate party and everyone has loved them!

I liked the appearance of the wristbands. However, I ordered the wrsitbands because they were advertised as being larger than the typical 8" bands. Unfortunately, there appears to be no difference in the size. We paid extra in order to get the larger size, perhaps the wrong size bands were accidentally imprinted. I also attempted to contact you via your chat and I tried to call you with no success. Please help me resolve this issue.

I love the bands and they arrived in a timely manner. My only problem is that I was sure I clicked ked the option to have something written on the inside. I'm pretty sure I paid the extra $20 for it too but the inside of my bands are plain. If not, I'm not sure what the additional $20 charge was for

Delivery was delayed on the bracelets but Connor from their customer service department kept me informed. Great customer service all around. Very happy with our order.
