Was VERY pleased with the website, ordering process, and how rapidly my product shipped.

The wristbands that we purchased were excellent quality but the process was not. I paid the extra expediting fee of $34.90 and three day shipping to get them for a conference. We did not get the wristbands on time. The wristbands did not ship until the day that I was suppose to receive them. Very disappointed that I did not have them for our conference guest.

Wristbands turned out like the images showed on the website, and when the initial colors we wanted were not in stock we were contacted immediately and offered a variety of options. The customer service representative worked with us to quickly address this issue with our order.

Excellent service

We will be using these at our event to ID paid entry. It will also help us know how any adults and children attended.

Third year in a row I've used this company and have been pleased with their product each time. I've ordered the Cash Tag vinyl wristbands and the service has been quick and the price reasonable. I would recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.

When I ordered the product I called after the due ship date to ensure they had shipped since it hadn't been updated online. The lady I talked with was incredibly rude and kept cutting me off anytime I asked anything. The only question I had was if the material had shipped and I got an explanation (as if I was a child) on what their shipping process is. After this I sent an email asking for management to call me, who left a snotty voicemail on my phone and never returned my phone call. As for the product, it came well packaged and was a good product for the cost. As for their customer service experience though, I will probably use someone else if I need to order wristbands again.
