Per Wristband Resources' own words, in their own company description: "... unlike other companies 100% of our wristbands are made in-house, right here in the USA." My wristbands arrived timely, they are high quality, and no pieces were missing. However, they shipped directly from Foshan, China. I specifically used this company because of their claim, above, that their products are 100% American MADE (not American "based" but MADE). Funny, too, that they claim to be based in Wisconsin! A state that, from this New Yorker's observations, wants to project being very "all in" on buying American! I do not hate China! We are all connected, and not every business is so opaque! But this outright lie gives me legitimate trust issues with the company! Good luck to you!

We had to keep replacing because they kept breaking. Not a good idea for sports activity at least not for soccer.

I requested samples to determine the proper use of the wristbands. Called twice to have them sent..."you should get them" was the answer. They never came. Just do not like being lied too.

Your site is misleading. Some pages say that the product will be shipped same day if ordered by 3. Other's say production within two days. Not to mention you can enter any quantity for each band and get a total for that amount, then the system automatically changes that to 100 per color on the next screen. Also, the print on the bands was not as clean as I'd hoped for. Some of them had extra ink spots

Incredibly poor customer service. Privation/Delivery took 8 days after selecting the 3-day option, and paying extra for it. Thanks for the wristbands, but will be looking for another vendor for reorders.

They have a different ship-by date than order placement date, but it is very hard to find. I ordered wristbands three weeks before an event, and the day before they hadn't arrived. It turns out they weren't set to ship until that day, but that was not made clear. I had to pay an extra $70 for overnight shipping.

I ordered the wristbands that had 3 tabs for a concert and although I liked the look of them when security as putting them on the concert goers hands the tabs kept breaking off. I watched them put them on and I even tried a few just to make sure we were being careful but the kept falling off. Obviously not very good quality.

The wristbands that we purchased were excellent quality but the process was not. I paid the extra expediting fee of $34.90 and three day shipping to get them for a conference. We did not get the wristbands on time. The wristbands did not ship until the day that I was suppose to receive them. Very disappointed that I did not have them for our conference guest.
