They have a different ship-by date than order placement date, but it is very hard to find. I ordered wristbands three weeks before an event, and the day before they hadn't arrived. It turns out they weren't set to ship until that day, but that was not made clear. I had to pay an extra $70 for overnight shipping.

I'm overseas and needed wristbands. I typed in the wrong address and their customer service emailed me directly (personal email, not an automatic reply) the same day and got the correct info from me via email and they did the rest themselves. I don't review much online but this company deserved one.

I love the product. Did the same order in 2013. I wanted to do White print on the navy blue wrist band. I called the customer service (in 2013), spoke to a gentleman and he gladly did it. This year when I called to change it from black to white (because only black print is available online), the two ladies that I spoke to said I would have to pay an additional $25 to make that change...

I had an order that I thought was going to be received on a certain date in time for an event. The rep noticed that my bracelets had an event date on them and that they would not be received by that date. I was notified immediately and we were able to get the order delivered in time.
