i was disappointed in the amount of pading in the gloves. Since i bought these because i have arthritis in my wrist i have to do my push ups on my fist i just assumed there would be padding in the knukle area and there is not. My wrist still hurts as much as they did without the gloves. i was disappointed aslo in the pading in the palm area. Does not seem to help when i do a push up with my palm facing down. DISAPPOINTED IN THE GLOVES.

Excellent gloves - they really help my wrists and hands and I am actually able to do push-ups, planks, and tricep dips with greater ease and comfort because the arm/wrist are stabilized. Have already recommended them

I really like these gloves. They have extra padding and wrist protection. They were recommended by my OT

Great wrist support gloves for yoga.

The gloves work great on one hand and make yoga pain free. Other hand they are ok but my rheumatoid arthritis is much worse on that wrist so still some discomfort but helped.

I have only used they a few times so far in my yoga classes and they have really helped with previous wrist pain so that I can now keep going to yoga class.

I have had problems with arthritis in my wrists for years causing pain when doing yoga and other exercise, such as push ups. The extra lift in the WAGS supports my wrists and I no longer resort to doing exercises on my knuckles.
