Jackie- I've looked into your gloves and found that we did send them out on 3/9. They were in Australia on 3/12 through 3/16. They were sent back to New York on the 28th and for some reason sent back to Australia and arrive on 4/2. Here's the tracking number where you can see all of this: LZ546899147US I'll check with customer service regarding your inquiry, I'm sorry you didn't reach anyone. Most likely your gloves weren't able to be delivered because you have to pay the tariff or something with your delivery address. Molly- I'm glad your WAGs work great for yoga and biking and that you came up with a solution to the tightness. They do stretch with use, but you've already fixed that! Paula

Patricia- I'm sorry you're unhappy with the gloves. If you wanted the strap for your wrist then the Fusion or the Ultra would be a good choice. Your free to return or exchange the gloves and we'll take care of you. Paula
