I gave 1 star because I couldn’t give zero.We took our 2024 Siena in for service,and the dealer tried to get in touch with Wrench. After calling 3 different numbers she finally got the prompt for Dealer. Wrench hung up on her four times. We were leaving two days later for a long trip with car so it needed the oil change and wheel rotation and basic checks. No big deal. Four days later, they answer the phone, we explained the situation and guess what…not going to pay because it wasn’t authorized ahead of time! Well if they had answered their phone there would not have been a problem! Very rude to my husband on the phone. We canceled the warranty, it will take 6-8 weeks to get our refund. Please save yourself the frustration, anger and annoyance and NEVER use this company.

Their website says they work on Porsches, even have an ad on it. Well they don't. I put in for a quote, nobody called, so I called them and they so "oh, we don't work on Porsches" False advertising.

Dude pulled up and assessed my situation. Said he'd come back because I needed to order a part. He barely even touched my vehicle. I gave him $40. He called back and said he no longer wanted the job. He also didn't give me my money back. So I figure you guys should know this before dealing with him. Have a great day 😁

Terrible experience last minute cancellation and when I called they said no record of my appointment and hung up them right after someone called from the company to reschedule it’s an overseas service support and terrible service. I would not do business with them again.

WARNING: ABSOLUTE SCAM & A MASSIVE SAFETY HAZARD! If you value your money, your sanity, and the lives of your family, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I hired them for a routine shock installation, and they sent out Carlos—who is nothing short of a scam artist and a fraud. He knowingly installed the completely wrong parts on my vehicle. He actually had the audacity to admit to my face that the car "won't sit right," but told me to let him know if I had issues. I took it for an immediate test drive and it was terrifying; the suspension was completely unsecure and I could literally hear the parts violently shifting around. Carlos then backtracked, claiming the new part wasn't a true OEM part and that he needed to scavenge an old bolt from my discarded parts to "fix" it. For an entire month, Carlos completely blew me off. He ghosted me while I was forced to drive my family around in a structurally unsafe vehicle—my only mode of transportation to get to work. When I finally forced Wrench's hand to address this nightmare, who do they send? Carlos again. Instead of honoring his word and fixing his botched job, he threw a literal temper tantrum. He started screaming at us, insulting us, and accusing us of "trying to get stuff for free." To make matters worse, he fabricated a fraudulent inspection report about completely different parts of my car that he never even touched, just to cover his own tracks. When I contacted Wrench to report this extreme unprofessionalism and the fact that they left my wife and children in a death trap, did they care? Not a single bit. Instead of taking accountability for their mechanic’s gross negligence, they slapped me with another $150 fee and claimed it wasn't their fault. Wrench and Carlos would literally rather see you get into a catastrophic accident than take accountability for their horrific service. All I asked was for them to make my vehicle safe to drive, and they outright refused while robbing me blind. Stay far, far away from this predatory company!

I wanted to take time out of my day To let you know that I had a scheduled 📅 appointment today with your service. Not until I called after my missed appointment time I was told the mechanic couldn't make it. Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Leaving that customers shouldn't be treated this way I cannot recommend yoir company or any services. L. Heredia

I would not recommend Wrench.com based on my recent experience. I scheduled a spark plug replacement for my 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA250. Immediately after the service, my vehicle developed a rough idle and shaking sensation that felt like it wanted to stall. This issue was not present to the same degree before the service was performed. When I reported the problem, the technician returned and advised that an ignition coil was the cause. The ignition coil was replaced, but the issue remained unchanged. I was then told it was likely a fuel injector, yet no diagnostic codes, test results, or documentation were provided to support that conclusion. What concerns me most is that my vehicle developed a new problem immediately after the spark plug service, but instead of identifying and correcting the issue, I was repeatedly presented with additional repair recommendations and additional costs. At no point was a clear root cause established or explained. As a customer, I believe that when a vehicle develops a new symptom immediately following a repair, the priority should be determining whether the issue is related to the work that was just performed before recommending more paid repairs. I have spent significant money on recent vehicle repairs, including a main battery, alternator, auxiliary battery, spark plugs, and an ignition coil. Despite that, I was left with the same unresolved problem and was told I would need to pay for additional diagnostics. The lack of accountability, clear communication, and documented diagnosis has left me disappointed in the service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Wrench.com based on this experience.

I booked a mobile oil change for my 2019 BMW M850i xDrive through Wrench/YourMechanic. The technician arrived and was honest/professional, but he determined that the car could not be safely lifted on-site due to the driveway/alley conditions and low ground clearance, so the oil change was not performed. No oil was changed, no oil filter was replaced, and no parts were used. However, the job was converted to a $150 call-out fee. I understand that a technician’s time has value, but I was not clearly informed during booking that if the platform could not complete the scheduled oil change on-site, I could still be charged a fixed $150 fee. The platform accepted my vehicle information in advance, including that it was a BMW M850i, but only after the technician arrived did I learn the service could not be safely completed. This was a very disappointing experience with unclear fee disclosure. The technician himself was not the issue; the problem was the platform’s booking and billing policy.
