A great way to offset your carbon footprint. Easy-to-use, straightforward, and great updates on how your money is going to support real causes. Keep it up Wren team!

Wren is a great company with amazing projects they are supporting. Even without donating, it's great to see all of the work being done to slow climate change while educating others. I love reading the update articles they have. One of the great parts about the site is the carbon-emissions quiz you can do, then you can see how much it would cost to offset your emissions.

It was a hard invoicing issue that was handled with resilience and awesome client communication from Ben

I discovered this project via a sponsored YouTube video. Normally I skip past these, but Wren instantly piqued my interest. I went to their website - which is beautifully designed - and could easily calculate my carbon footprint. Afterwards, I could choose how much of my CO² emissions I would like to combat. For the price of a coffee per month, I can reinvest 50% of my carbon emissions back into nature, all via Wren! And not only was this experience amazing; Wren also lists all their sources, keeps you up to date about where your money goes and even let's you choose what projects to support each month. If that isn't enough; talking to their founders is a pleasure as well. They are quick to respond, professional and very friendly. If I HAD to give a remark; I wished there were more payment options (like PayPal). But I know this isn't as simple as it sounds, so I was happy to go the extra mile to get my money across, I just maybe wish this would go a tad smoother. This organisation/project is everything I'm looking for. I recommend everyone to lower - or even cancel out - their monthly carbon emissions by using Wren and look forward to its future!

Thank you for the review and feedback, Victor! In regard to payment options, we're actively working to increase the number of options available. We're a bit limited by what our payment provider, Stripe, offers (they don't include support for PayPal). Right now, we support debit, credit, SEPA, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. More to come 😊

Very easy to use carbon footprint calculator and great descriptions of the different carbon offset projects they fund with your subscription. Have encouraged my friends and family to sign up too

I'm not going to pretend as if I have known Wren for a long time. I just came across them this morning through an advert. I am usually dubious of companies and movements promising to make impactful changes especially with regards to something as complex and global as climate crisis. But I must say that their website is very well laid out and I really liked the intuitiveness of the carbon offset calculator. Plus they publish all the receipts for the donations to the projects that are listed on the website and publish the donations into a public ledger. I know that it is easy to exploit that warm fuzzy feeling that we get from doing something good that also doesn't require a great deal of personal sacrifice from us. Translation :-> "Just donate this X amount to us and we'll take care of everything for you. You can continue to have business as usual without any kind of inconvenience or consequences". But the actual impact of these companies may be non-existent while they just piggyback on our climate despair by providing false promises and capitalise on them. I sincerely hope that is not the case with Wren and from what I can see, I have not found any evidence to support that suspicion. But should something come up, I am sure I can write to the team and ask for clarification. And if I find them to be incompatible with my beliefs, I can cancel the subscription anytime altogether. I did use a disposable virtual card for the subscription anyway so they can't know my real card details saved on file. So if you are dubious as you have a right to be, I would recommend that you try this out too. Bottom line: From a lot of the climate oriented companies I've seen so far, I can already tell that Wren are at least trying to be as transparent as they can be. I'm sure they'll improve on that as time goes on and that they'll be happy to accept feedback. They even publish their employees' salaries and mention the proportion of the donations that goes towards operational expenses. As they acknowledge, at least for now, it does not get better than that. And hopefully this would at least ease my climate anxiety a little bit.

So far so good. We'll see if it really works, or if it's just another way to get into my pockets.
